Nevada Check Up provides low-cost, comprehensive health care coverage to low income, uninsured children 0-19 years of age who are not covered by private insurance or Medicaid. The participants are not required to pay co-payments for any services provided. Quarterly premiums, however are charged to the family. The premium is determined by family size and income. LSSN can help you submit or renew CHIP applications. However, please review the following information before contacting us.
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Nevada, under 19 years of age, not covered by health insurance within the past six months (including Medicaid), and a U.S. national, citizen, legal alien, or permanent resident. In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

10 am each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The pantry will close when it reaches the 40th new client of the day. First come, first serve.
