Helping Families in Need
Since 1997 Lutheran Social Services of Nevada has served over 150,000 people in need through our individual and family oriented programs. In the fourteen years we've been in existence countless lives have been touched and forever altered by our care and assistance. Today LSSN reaches out to the Southern Nevada community with a variety of programs.
Helping Real People
LSSN offers the following services free of charge to people who qualify and are in the low to moderate income range. All services are administered by helpful staff who care about you and will keep your needs confidential.

| Nevada 211 is a comprehensive hotline to answer questions and make
referrals to many different social services organizations in the area. It
is a collaborative effort of the United Way, the State of Nevada, HELP of
Southern Nevada, and the Crisis Call Center.
From basic needs to any health and human service program, one call to
Nevada 211 offers access to basic human needs resources, physical and
mental health resources, financial stability, programs for children, youth,
and families, support for older Americans and persons with disabilities,
and support for community crisis.
